About Nicole Chamberlain

Who I Am

At my core, I am a humanitarian, anthropologist, philanthropist, scientist and philosopher. I love people and seek to improve lives, including my own, at all times.

There are many wonderful approaches to home organization and design, and I have deep respect for the women who’ve shaped those conversations – from The Home Edit ladies and Marie Kondo to Joanna Gaines and Martha Stewart.

My work is different.

My goal isn’t to leave you with a picture perfect showroom, teach you how to host the best gathering, or help you achieve someone else’s version of “done”. And I’m definitely not aiming for June Cleaver perfection. That’s too much pressure.

What I care about is raising your overall quality of life.

I help you learn your way of removing barriers in your home and life, choosing systems that truly support you, and maintaining those systems as your life continues to change and evolve..

Rather than doing it for you, I teach you how to do it for yourself – so you’re not dependent on someone else for a reset every time life shifts.

In other words, I don’t make you dinner. I teach you how to fish – so you’re supported for the long game.

How I Got Here

Before I ever used the word “organizer“, my life was in the world of catering. For over a decade, I managed complex logistics – setups, breakdowns, timing, coordination and flow – in some of the most demanding environments imaginable.

In catering, success depends on anticipating needs before they’re spoken, creating effortless experiences and solving problems behind the scenes so everything appears seamless. That work trained me to think in systems – to understand flow, structure, timing and how many moving parts must quietly work together for life to feel full of ease.

Over time, those skills naturally transitioned into professional organizing. I began to see that organizing isn’t really about things – it’s about helping homes evolve as lives change. As I worked with more women, it was clear that challenges weren’t just about homes – they were about identity, responsibility, grief, growth and seasons of life that had outgrown old systems.

That realization led me to become a life coach so that I could support not only the physical changes in a home, but the inner shifts required for real, lasting ease. Today, all of that experience comes together in The Chamberlain Method – a holistic approach that helps women create order in a home that evolves alongside their lives, supporting their nervous system, daily rhythms and a more aligned future.

What Makes My Work Different

While working in luxury environments – including the homes of millionaires and billionaires – I gained a perspective many people never see.

Ease isn’t created by “things” – it’s created by structure, flow and alignment with how you actually live.

Luxury, at it’s core, isn’t about more. It’s about better.

It’s about intentional design that evolves with the people who live there.

That understanding taught me that ease and beauty are not mutually exclusive, they’re symbiotic – and it shapes everything I do.

That’s at the core of The Chamberlain Method.

Why My Method Works

I believe homes, like people, are meant to evolve.

As lives change – through growth, loss, shifting roles, or new responsibilities – homes must change too. When they don’t, friction builds. Overwhelm grows. Energy drains.

My method helps women gently evolve their homes so they can better support the life they’re living now – not the one they lived five or ten years ago.

I work with women who are ready for change, even if they don’t yet know what that change looks like. If you feel capable but overwhelmed, and you’re craving support through a new season, you’re in the right place.

What I Believe

* Homes are living systems that must evolve as lives change.

* Overwhelm is often a sign that old systems no longer fit.

* Ease is not a luxury – it’s essential

* Beauty should support function, not compete with it.

* A home should reflect identity, not obligation

That’s what I help women create – homes that evolve with them, and lives that feel more supported because of it.
